Order Policy - Orders are accepted through the Creative Lady Soap Shoppe shopping cart only. We do not accept phone orders at this time.
Because I am a small specialty shop, I do not mass-produce my products. Consequently, I reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
Return Policy - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We have a NO Returns-Exchanges-Refunds-Credits Policy due to health reasons. If you have a problem with our product containers, please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve the matter!
Cancellation Policy - There is a 25% cancellation fee for orders that are cancelled after payment has been received. The Cancellation amount will be deducted from your refund.
